Account and Order Data
You can create a VPNGV account with a username and password; no email address is required. Providing an email address is not a condition of account creation or subscription activation. Keep your account credentials secure, and do not include passwords or complete subscription URLs in support tickets.
Account details are used to verify identity, enable sign-in, and manage subscription access. Order records include the selected plan, order amount, payment status, transaction identifier, and refund information. They are used to deliver the service, verify transactions, and provide after-sales support. Traffic usage is measured to calculate your remaining subscription allowance and does not include browsing content.
When you submit a support ticket, the issue description, screenshots, and replies are used to investigate that issue. Please redact credentials and unrelated personal information from screenshots, and share only information relevant to the issue.
No-Logs Policy and Connection Status
VPNGV does not record which websites users visit or store browsing history, browsing content, or lists of destination addresses that could be used to reconstruct browsing activity. Account and billing records are not used to build user browsing profiles.
Temporary session state needed to provide a connection is used only while the connection is being handled and is released when the session ends. It is not retained as a historical connection log linked to an account. Cumulative traffic totals and order records are service usage and transaction data, not browsing or connection logs.
Information users submit about technical issues may include device details or error messages; it is handled according to the purposes and retention rules for support tickets. Website analytics are handled separately from the network acceleration process.
Website Analytics and Local Storage
Website analytics help us understand page visits, referral sources, and feature interactions so we can improve content and workflows. Analytics are limited to interactions with this website and are not used to collect content from external websites accessed through subscription services. Analytics events should not include passwords, complete subscription URLs, or support ticket content.
Cookies and local storage are used to maintain necessary session state and save login credentials and language preferences. The user panel may store a login token locally in your browser to verify your identity in later requests. Signing out or clearing site storage removes the local login state.
You can manage or delete cookies and site data in your browser. Restricting necessary storage may cause you to lose your login state, reset preferences, or prevent some panel features from working properly. Clearing browser data does not automatically delete your server-side account or order records.
Third-Party Payments and Data Disclosure
VPNGV supports Alipay / WeChat / USDT. Payments are processed by the respective third-party providers, which may collect information needed for transactions under their own rules. VPNGV uses payment results and necessary transaction identifiers to verify orders; users are not asked to provide passwords for third-party payment accounts.
Each payment provider's privacy rules apply to data it processes independently. Before visiting an external payment page, check its source and applicable terms. Relevant information is disclosed only to the extent necessary to provide the service, process transactions, or respond to valid legal requests.
Retention Periods and Deletion Requests
Account details are retained while the account is in use. Order and refund records are kept until the periods needed for transaction verification, dispute resolution, and applicable legal obligations have expired. Support tickets are deleted or de-identified after the issue has been resolved and any necessary review is complete. Analytics are deleted or aggregated once their analytical purpose has been fulfilled; identifiable details are not kept indefinitely.
To access, correct, or delete information related to your account, sign in to the user panel and submit a request through the support ticket portal. VPNGV will verify account ownership and explain the scope of the request. Deletion may affect subscription management and after-sales support. Records that must be retained by law or are needed for an unresolved dispute will be restricted to that purpose and deleted once the basis for retention no longer applies.
Policy Updates and Scope
This policy applies to data processed by VPNGV and does not replace the privacy rules of external websites, payment providers, or operating systems. If service features or data processing practices change, this page will be updated and the date at the top will be revised. Significant changes that affect the purposes of data processing or user rights will be announced on the website or through the user panel.
